CURRICULUM VITAE

Angela Shao is a Principal at BGM Associates. She specializes in strategic and financial due diligence processes, and strategy assessments. Currently, she supports BGM’s Private Equity and Transaction & Partnering activities.
 
Prior to joining BGM, Angela gained experience at Prudential Global Investments Management (PGIM), focusing on transactions and portfolio management.
 
Angela Shao is a graduate from National University of Singapore (BSc of Real Estate Finance) and the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management (MSc in Management, Strategy Concentration).
