Hans has vast international management experience as a senior executive in the bio-pharma industry for more than 3 decades. He is a co-founder and Managing Partner of BGM Associates, where his focus is on strategy development, M&A, as well as partnering and transaction advisory for private equity, venture capital as well as biopharma and medical technology companies.
Among other board assignments, Hans is the President of the Board of Trustees of the German Heart Center, Berlin and Chairman of the Advisory Board (Kuratorium) of the Fraunhofer MEVIS Institute for Digital Medicine, Bremen.
He is also a Professor of International Strategic Management at Berlin School of Economics and Law, where he teaches the MBA core modules “Organizational Change and Leadership” and “Strategic Human Resource Management”.
